David is a partner in a London-based consulting firm which specialises in providing policy regulatory advice to governments, regulators and operators in the telecommunications sector worldwide. He has worked on boards of organisations for the last 30 years and, in that time he has acted as managing director, chairman and non-executive director. In particular he has helped to found Ovum (www.ovum.com) and to grow it to a 250 employee business over a 20 year period before a trade sale in 2007.
As well as his salaried role, and his work as a non-executive director of WWCE, David also works pro-bono to help the Impetus Trust (www.impetus-pef.org.uk) decide which charities to invest in.
He is keen to do something concrete about climate change and to preserve and enhance the wildlife habitats of Wiltshire, where he has lived for the past seven years.
